Q. What if I don’t want my home shown at certain times or dates?
A. Making your home available to show will allow you to reach the maximum number of buyers in order to receive an offer. If your home is not available to show but your neighbors down the hall or across the lot is available, you might lose out on a sale. However, I recognize sellers still have lives to lead I will ensure that no showings occur when you specify. A seriously interested buyer will gladly schedule an appointment when available.

Q. How will you determine if a buyer is serious before showing them my home?
A. I interview all potential buyers to determine their time frames to buy and also prequalify them in advance to ensure they are ready and able to buy your home prior to showing.

Q. What if I get an offer I don’t like in terms of price or contingencies?
A. You can always counteroffer and negotiate or you can refuse it outright. However, being flexible will often translate into selling your home quickly. I will discuss those options with you when I present any offer received.
